Remote Care

Cuban medical expertise, wherever you are

Our Telemedicine Program extends Cuban medical expertise beyond the island — secure remote consultations for follow-up, second opinions, study interpretation, and ongoing monitoring, keeping you connected to the team that knows your case.

How It Works

Four simple steps to connect

From request to report, the telemedicine process is designed to be simple, secure, and clinically thorough.

  1. Step 01

    Request a consultation

Submit your medical history and reason for consultation through our secure portal or contact the Coordination and Processing Center.

  2. Step 02

    Schedule your session

Our team coordinates a convenient time with the relevant Cuban specialist and confirms your secure video link.

  3. Step 03

    Meet your specialist

Connect by secure video with an interpreter if needed. Discuss your case, ask questions, and review your studies together.

  4. Step 04

    Receive your report

After the consultation you receive a written summary with recommendations and a plan for any follow-up care or monitoring.

When To Use It

What telemedicine can do for you

01

Post-treatment follow-up

Stay connected with the Cuban team that treated you after you return home, ensuring continuity of care.

02

Second opinions

Obtain an expert Cuban specialist opinion on a diagnosis or treatment plan before making decisions.

03

Study interpretation

Have imaging, laboratory, and pathology results reviewed and interpreted by experienced specialists.

04

Ongoing monitoring
