Enrollment

Admission requirements & how to apply

To enroll in Cuban universities, applicants present the following documents duly legalized by Cuban diplomatic representations abroad. Our team guides you through every step.

Legalized academic documents

Degree or transcript duly legalized by the Cuban embassy in your country of origin and, for postgraduates, validated by Cuba's Ministry of Higher Education.

Health certificate

Issued within three months of travel, legalized, confirming no disqualifying conditions (including HIV); non-pregnancy certificate where applicable.

Identity & conduct records

Valid passport, birth certificate, and a document certifying no criminal record, legalized by the Cuban embassy.

Cuban health insurance

Purchased through ASISTUR (before travel or within one week of arrival); existing insurance is assessed by ASISTUR for compatibility.

Tuition & payment

Payments are made by international bank transfer or through our secure online payment gateway (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, ServiRed, and Visa Electron). Although prices are set in US Dollars, transfers cannot be made in USD or from US-capital banks — transfers must be in Euros, Sterling, or Canadian Dollars. Cash payments are not accepted.
