Neurological Disorders Rehabilitation
CIREN provides rehabilitation for a range of neurological disorders beyond its specialized condition programs. The Neurological Restoration Program is designed to address cognitive and motor impairments caused by various neurological injuries and conditions through a personalized, intensive, multidisciplinary approach.
What Is General Neurorehabilitation
Neurological disorders encompass a wide range of conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. These include cerebrovascular diseases, traumatic injuries, neurodegenerative diseases, demyelinating conditions, and other disorders that can cause motor, sensory, cognitive, and autonomic impairments. Neurorehabilitation aims to help patients maximize function and quality of life through intensive therapy based on neuroplasticity.
Rehabilitation at CIREN
CIREN's general neurorehabilitation program applies the same intensive, multidisciplinary framework used across all its condition-specific programs. Each patient undergoes a comprehensive neurological evaluation to identify specific deficits and develop a personalized treatment plan. The program combines physiotherapy, occupational therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and psychological support.
What the Program Includes
Eligibility Evaluation
Eligibility is determined through medical record review and pre-evaluation. CIREN's medical team assesses the underlying condition, current functional status, and medical stability. Not all neurological conditions are suitable for CIREN's intensive program — the pre-evaluation determines whether the program is appropriate.
